Door & Hardware Project Manager

Responsibilities Include:
• Detail construction documents and create professional door/frame/hardware submittal packages for contractor/architect review
• Purchasing materials from various vendors and coordinating lead times with the customer
• Managing a project from start to finish in a timely, attentive, and proactive nature.
• Coordinating deliveries and schedules for each phase of a project
• Keeping a detailed log of purchase orders and change orders throughout the duration of a project

Required Skills:
• Experience with door/frame/hardware detailing software
• Detail-oriented along with strong organizational skills
• 2+ years of experience in the door and hardware industry.
• Able to prepare accurate and detailed submittal packages.
• Competent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self motivated problem solver, able to handle multiple projects.
• Customer Service Driven.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Must be able to multitask
• Experience with Sections 8050, 8100, 8120, 8200, 8250, and 8700

• Pro-Tech V7 door/frame/hardware detailing software
