Custodial Account Manager
Account Manager - Custodial UGL Unicco a premier provider of integrated facilities services with revenues of $700 million and servicing fortune 500 companies has an immediate opening for a Custodial Manager in a corporate setting at one of our high-profile, fortune 200 clients in Norfolk, VA. The manager is responsible for planning, coordinating and directing of all daily activities related to the custodial functions of the facility, including basic custodial operations, purchase of supplies and equipment, trash removal, training, management of human resources & various administrative and management functions to include P&L. This person is also required to negotiate and manage various custodial projects necessary within the daily operation. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, be innovative, and results oriented. Candidates must have exceptional customer and employee relations skills with at a minimum of 5 years of Commercial/Corporate Custodial management experience and have advanced computer skills.
