Construction Superintendent

Responsibilities:Preservation of confidentiality regarding personnel, client and all company related matters. Ability to work independently and professionally. Must develop a basic understanding of company processes and project operations. Will work with Construction Manager and Project Management

Requirement:2 year or associates degree is preferred Must have at least three years experience in supervision and construction related management. Ability to work in a fast paced environment while maintaining attention to detail, quality and professionalism. Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously. Must be detail oriented and flexible. Demonstrate the ability to follow-up and follow through with assignments and projects. Exceptional customer service skills and a team player. Must have excellent field operations experience and be familiar with standard construction practices. Must be experienced and knowledgeable in all construction trades. Must demonstrate the ability to read architectural and structural trades.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage all phases of construction projects including: Deliver project on time and on budget Coordination of all field activities Regular interaction with sub-contractor and vendors Coordinate and manage with Project Manager on field changes, RFI’s and change orders Ensure jobsite is organized and project a professional image Perform jobsite safety meetings Other Duties as requiredPosition Starting Salary is 45K-75K per year
