CHIEF ESTIMATOR - 5+ years of construction estimating experience with construction company. Experience with commercial buildings, heavy, civil, industrial for public projects pref'd. Knowledge of construction materials, pricing, scheduling, and scopes of work. Ability to clearly read project blueprints and calculations and proficiently interpret drawings and specifications to prepare take-offs, total estimate pricing, and general project cost expectations, etc. Proficient with Microsoft Excel, professional, self motivated, assertive, willing to take initiative and eager to take on new challenges and responsibilities as needed. Degree a plus.
PROJECT ENGINEER - 2+ years construction experience. Field Engineering, cost management, quantity take-offs, q/c, safety, etc., PC Proficient, Autocad desired. Degree in CM or equivalent required. Public Work Experience is a plus. To $60KDOE SAFTEY ENGINEER - Help company implement safety program to ensure a safe working environment on commercial construction sites. Recognize hazardous situations and handle accordingly. Degree in related field and two years of experience pref'd. Travel req'd. SR. PROJ. MGR. - 7+ years comm’l const. exp. With $5M+ proj. Excellent communication, leadership and computer skills. CM or related degree strongly desired. $DOE.
COMM. SUPT-Oversee field operations specializing in hospitality projects. 5+ years ground up commercial experience working on large projects of $5M+. To $80KDOE excellent benefits!
PROJ. ENG. - 2+ yrs commercial GC experience. Inventory tracking, review plans and submittals. Degreed. To $60K+DOE excellent benefits. Local/long distance travel required.
COMM. SUPT -Oversee large commercial projects to $300M. 5+ yrs exp on $10M+ projects to include high rise. To $140K+DOE
SPECIAL PROJ. PM -5+ years TI, remodel experience on Comm. Proj. a MUST! Estimating, bidding, contract admin, and strong negotiation skills. Work on projects ranging from $50K-$3M. To $100K+.
PROJ ENG - 1+ year comm. construction exp. a must. Review plans, submittals. Local/long distance travel. Degree strongly preferred. To $60K+DOE
