Fairfield Residential LLC is looking for an Assistant Superintendents for the Development Office located in Lynwood, WA.
Assistant Superintendent-
Assists Superintendent in all phases of construction including: scheduling, reporting, cost and quality control, and jobsite safety. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Leads and direct the work of others under general supervision. A degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
Qualified Candidates must have 1- 2 Years of construction field experience, preferably multi-family. Must be Computer Literate.
