Administrative Assistant - Join a Company Debt-Free and 30 Years Strong!

Cleary Building Corp., a national leader in the manufacturing and erection of pre-engineered buildings, with 78 U.S. locations, seeks an Administrative Assistant to handle tasks for senior management in the corporate office.

Duties for this position include, but are not limited to:
  * Calendar management and scheduling
  * Screening and handling calls
  * Making meeting and travel arrangements
  * Preparing reports and related data,
  * Preparation for and reporting on meetings
  * Correspondence
  * Filing
  * Customer and vendor communications
  * Other duties as needed


Experience/Qualifications:  Requires a positive attitude, strong organizational skills, strong computer skills, high level of detail, high sense of urgency, ability to multitask and work well under pressure, excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff.

This position is at our corporate office in the beautiful Madison area. Full benefit package offered, including health and dental insurance, paid vacation and holidays, incentive program and 401(k) plan.
