Nations Roof, a National Commercial Roofing Company, is seeking a motivated Commercial Roofing Systems Estimator in our Waukesha, WI location.  Nations Roof's management team consists of talented and experienced professionals, who have worked in the industry for hundreds of years collectively.  Nations Roof offers an EXCELLENT compensation package, which includes top salaries and benefits.  We are looking for true leaders, who have strong communication and managerial skills and experience with the roofing industry.Candidates should be able to demonstrate their knowledge of varied roof systems, such as EPDM, PVC, TPO, Modified & Built Up Roof System.  Edge computer estimating experience desired if possible.Primary Job Responsibilites: Be able to estimate all varieties of roof systems Assist with providing deliverables to clients, such as Roof Construction Proposals, Roof Repair Proposals and Roof Inspection Reports Enter data into bid documents Close out construction projects with all necessary paperwork, including warranties, change orders, executed contracts and invoice copies. Coordinate paperwork and filing Assist with projects, as needed Comply with company policies and procedures
