Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

The Receptionist/Administrative Assistant is primarily responsible for performing all duties common to the position of the receptionist; receiving and transferring all incoming telephone calls, greeting visitors, etc.  They are also responsible for administrative duties such as; typing memos, letters, distributing mail, data entry, updating the weekly itinerary and activity report and assisting the sales staff.

Candidates should have a pleasant personality and a neat appearance.  In addition, good organizational skills as well as accuracy are essential.  Will also need to be proficient using computer applications; i.e. Microsoft Office software, etc
