Pacific Coast Steel is one of the largest and most capable reinforcing and structural steel contractors in the United States. Headquartered in San Diego, Pacific Coast Steel has offices throughout the Western United States. We are currently seeking a Order Administrator to work full time in our Auburn California fabrication facility. Successful applicant will be reliable, organized and possess strong time management skills.
Job Requirements:High School Diploma or equivalentMinimum 2 years office and administrative experienceExcellent typing and data entry skills Strong computer application skills, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.Excellent verbal and written communication.Ability to multi-task.Strong time management skills
Summary Job Description:
The essential purpose for the Order Administrator will be to process fabrication orders and organize shipping documents for Napa fabrication operations. The main duties will include data entry and organization of shipping and maintenance logs. Additional tasks, projects, and responsibilities may be assigned from time to time and as position develops further.
