Job Description:

 

We have an outstanding opportunity for an Account Sales Executive for our Installation group who will focus on the construction markets for commercial buildings. The primary responsibility will be to successfully sell Honeywell installation services to commercial accounts (school, hospitals, office buildings, industrial facilities) in a designated territory. Responsible for developing business plans and meeting overall financial objectives, interfacing with, and calling on, all levels of management.

Position requires skills of an aggressive, hard-working, sales professional who is conceptual, creative and enjoys a fast paced sales environment. Exceptional communication and organizational skills. Experience in cold calling, developing new business and implementing sales strategies



Qualifications

  Minimum of a BA/BS Degree or six years of sales experience.Technical application experience with HVAC, Fire Alarm or Security Systems. Working knowledge of financial return calculationsAbility to develop and execute prospecting and account plans.Lead and account generation capabilities.Decision making and problem solving skills.Strong customer service & interface skills.Strong computer software skills (Word, Excel, Windows).Knowledge of control and mechanical system operations.Outside sales experience, preferably selling a technical solution or serviceProven success with selling in the new construction marketplace.Experience working with mechanical and electrical contractors, engineers and architects. A thorough understanding of the bid/spec market and success in achieving/exceeding their sales quota.Excellent cold-calling skills and the ability to identify and seek out business with new and existing customers.Experience in doing take off drawings and preparing estimates.This position requires a clean driving record
