Ø Provide IT system support and maintenance to both end users and assist Director of IT with various computer and administrative duties and related tasks
o Set-up, configure, test, and modify computer systems
o Assist users with error conditions
o Recommendations related to purchasing and installing hardware, software, and telecommunications equipment
o Support of other technology such as telephones, cell phones, fax, copy machines, and printers
o Some light marketing duties such as PhotoShop, or PowerPoint as assigned by the Director of I.T.
o Additional duties may expand over time
Ø Minimal Qualifications
o Education
§ Bachelor's Degree in a computer related discipline preferred. One additional year of equivalent IT/IS systems related experience to be substituted for each additional year not attended.
o Experience
§ 4+ year experience with Macintosh OS X and Macintosh Hardware
§ 2+ year experience with MS Windows and x86 Hardware
§ 2+ year experience with LAN/WLAN/WAN
§ 2+ year experience with Client/Server relationship including TCP/IP, SMTP, SMB, AFP, SMTP, POP, IMAP
§ Prior course work or work experience with PhotoShop recommended
