Hill International has an immediate opening for a contract administrator for our Washington State Department of Transportation project in Seattle, WA. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Preparation of contract documents for pre-award solicitations and post award administration; Review scopes of work (contract documents) for clarity Review contract estimates for accuracy Monitoring contract compliance; Preparation of modifications/change orders; Preparation of cost analysis and pre-negotiation plans; Evaluation and resolution of claims; Participating in documenting final inspection, final acceptance, and preparation of close out documents; Preparation of reports and other correspondence; Review invoices and address any discrepancies before routing to approving parties, if necessary Interfacing with Contractors and agency personnel; and Other related work and duties as assigned. EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s degree in Business, Public Administration, or other related field.Minimum of 5 years journey-level experience performing construction contract administration work. The ability to prioritize work, interpersonal skills, and adaptable to change is a plus
