Administrative Assistant

K. Singh & Associates, Inc. (KSA) is in desperate need of a part-time administrative assistant. The position includes data entry, filing, typing, answering telephone and other general office duties. It also includes serving as a the key accounts billable and payable person.

 

We are seeking a person with a minimum of 2-5 years of experience, so that we can bring him/her on board with little training. Since the position covers a wide array of responsibilities, the ideal candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills as he/she will be working with professional staff and various clients.





What will separate the best candidate from the rest is a background working with Macintosh computers. Currently, we use FileMaker Pro for many of our internal documentation. We also use Microsoft Office suite products. A quick learner or a computer savvy person will also be ideal.
