Technical Services Engineer / Problem Solver
What You’ll Do – Problem Solver/Technical Services Our Technical Services staff is in charge of our clients’ happiness after the systems are installed. They create great relationships by listening well and championing clients’ needs. They work with IT staff at customer sites to quickly resolve technical issues and do necessary programming, helping to ensure they are getting the most out of their software investment. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree (all majors considered), a history of academic and professional success, strong analytical and reasoning skills, and be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. Because we train internally, no prior technical experience is necessary, but exposure to programming is a plus. Relocation to Madison, Wisconsin is required and reimbursed.
