Support Engineer - SharePoint, ASP.NET, Web Dev SkillsDescription: Support Engineer - Sharepoint, ASP.NET, Web Dev Skills This OS Development Support team aids customers mostly through Enterprise-level environments. They work with mid- to large-sized companies that are developing/architecting Sharepoint sites for their business. Customers who call in typically have “how to” questions regarding the development of their Sharepoint site, or are receiving errors when developing the site. Engineers will troubleshoot issues and may provide sample code to assist with the issue. The cases are taken from a queue (no inbound calls – Engineer will take a case from the queue and call customers back). Engineers typically close 2-3 cases per week and the time to close a case averages about 12 hours.About Our Client:The Software Giant, a well known Software Development Manufacturer, headquartered in Redmond, Washington, is committed to the long term mission of helping their customers realize their full potential.
