Software Tester

 Position Summary:With minimal supervision, provide testing for all aspects of our web applications software. Work with software testing manager to execute functional test scripts and other documented testing processes.This is a temporary six month position which might be extended or become permanent.

 Primary Duties and Responsibilities:Application software testing and the maintenance of test protocols, test cases and automated functional test scripts. Assist the testing manager in developing appropriate documentation describing test procedures, test data, expected outcomes, software versioning information, release notices, and update procedures.Assist in software development and troubleshooting through testing methodologies and integrating these efforts into testing protocols.

 Qualifications:

· Two-year degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

· One year experience in a professional software testing capacity.

· Demonstrated experience with databases (preferably Oracle)
