Software Analyst / Engineer

Coolearth is a warehouse management SCE solution provider and you will be an integral part of our growth minded company.
Position Overview:
In this position you will design, develop, test and support a supply chain execution (SCE) product designed for food & beverage manufacturers. Responsibilities include writing design specifications, object-oriented programming in C# using the company's object framework, working in SQL, quality testing and supporting production releases of the product. Additional duties will entail working with customers to fix bugs and carry out customer-funded enhancements to the product. You would be accountable for developing your pieces of the product according to the company's release schedule and coordinating with other developers, testers, consultants and management.
Successful Applicants Possess the Following Core Competencies:
Ø Bachelors or Masters degree in computer science, information systems or equivalent work and education experience
Ø Proven track record developing enterprise software (min. 3-5 years direct experience preferred)
Ø Proficiency in industry standard software engineering practices (required)
Ø Expert applied knowledge of C#, .Net frameworks and SQL database required
Ø Experience with MS SQL Server a plus
Ø Well developed written and oral communication skills
Ø Experience and ability to work well both independently and in a collaborative team environment
Ø Knowledge of inventory control and process manufacturing a plus ØAbility to work directly and professionally with end-use clients
Work Conditions:
Ø Some travel to client sites for requirements gathering and implementations of special projects is required
Ø Overtime may be required to meet deadlines
Ø Physically able to participate in training sessions, presentation and meetings
