SDET- Game Community

Big Fish Games is a provider of Internet media delivery software and services based in Seattle, Washington. The company is best known for its strong growth and leadership in digital distribution of online casual games. Big Fish Games has several lines of business including distribution of downloadable casual games, ad supported free online web browser games, game development studios, e-greetings, and most recently a social networking site for casual game players for share opinions, invite friends, and earn cash for games their friends buy.

 

Our Game community is based around a dedicated group of gamers that treat the website as their own. We need a bright SDET to help us solve test problems using automation and imagination.

 

As an SDET in the Game Community Platform team, you will be testing new features and changes to the existing feature set. Our test team works closely with the development team, using a test driven agile methodology.

 

You must have these attributes:2 years of experience working with database driven websites.Ability to code in C# and/or Java.Ability to write SQL queries.Experience working with Windows based server systemsStrong testing skills.Strong analytic skills.Passion for high quality.Degree in Computer Science or Engineering field.

 

Things that get you bonus points:Experience writing effective test automation.Previous experience working on or participating in a game community system.Leadership experience.Ability to code a method to get coffee without getting out of your seat.
