Production Engineer/Trainer
Responsibilities:
Develop curriculum and administer training programs for the electronics environment
Assist in preparing instructional materials
Assist production with continuous improvement efforts
Perform additional manufacturing engineering support duties as required
Qualifications:
At least 3 years training experience in an electronics assembly environment
Must be familiar with surface mount and through hole processes
Experience/knowledge of J-Standards or MIL standards for solderability
Bachelors degree
Excellent communication, organization, and PC skills
