Oracle Specialist/Manufactuirng

Univera, Inc. Oracle Specialist/Manufacturing

 

The ideal candidate will have Oracle E-Business Suite applications experience and be able to provide data analysis to lead data driven decision making processes relative to the manufacturing modules while supporting the continual improvement of all manufacturing and inventory management  related business processes.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The following are examples of typical duties.  Other duties may be assigned

 Ability to support on-site Oracle development projects in manufactuirng and inventory managementSupport  and lead improvement of existing production infrastructure and programs, i.e. data interface points from additional systems outside of core applicationsAbility to expand the use of standard tools to be employed as global reporting templatesBe able to design and program technical solutions that support current business needs as they relate to reporting system integration requirements in accordance with established standards

 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

 

Bachelor’s degree in Business, technical or a related field and/or relevant training and a minimum of 1-2 years experience Logistics.

 

Required Skills

 

l  Functional Knowledge of Oracle e-Business Suite/Manufacturing

l  Experience in production planning, finished goods planning or related areas

l  Prior MRP/DRP implementation experience with Oracle

l  Practical knowledge and understanding of planning, sourcing, logistics and distribution

l  Ability to generate Oracle reports related to data validation and facilitate execution of appropriate actions in oracle

l  Ability to solve practical problems, multi-task and work under short time constraints.
