Zywave, Inc., a Milwaukee-based technology company that caters to the business needs of employee benefits and property & casualty insurance brokers and their clients, has a rare opportunity available to help us launch MyWave Elements, our latest in a series of online customer service solutions. As an Implementation Consultant, you’ll forge strong working relationships with our clients by uncovering what makes their businesses tick and helping them articulate their unique characteristics. From there, you’ll use your eye for design to develop and deliver customized Web sites that truly accentuate their standout qualities.

Responsibilities include:

· Assist in the creation and design of web portals to strategically differentiate one partner’s site from another.

· Manage partner expectations and create complete site set up within contractual limits.

· Create and maintain project plans for each partner deployment.

· Provide resources for partners to learn MyWave Elements via written materials, ZyConnects or other media.

· Coordinate implementation and conversion efforts with other Zywave staff as necessary.

· Record product defects or enhancements as appropriate.

· Coordinate/conduct internal training and support as needed.

 

Qualifications:

· Associate or Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Business, Marketing or Communications or related discipline, plus at least two years of equivalent work experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

· Ability to apply effective questioning techniques to aid in outside the box, creative problem-solving.

· Proven ability to build and cultivate positive client relationships. Solid interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills required, from both a technical and a marketing perspective.

· Strong general computers skills, intermediate to advanced skills in Internet technology and usage, including website architecture.

· Strong project leadership and process management skills.

· Understanding of general agency insurance operations, preferred but not required.

· Minimal travel may be required, as the majority of training will take place at Zywave headquarters or electronically.
