The successful candidate will also possess strong analysis and technical skills and be proficient at prioritizing, providing detailed documentation, estimating efforts and driving deliverables.Responsibilities:1. Evaluates systems needs of Finance departments.Works with the Finance IT Systems Manager to:Identify system needsInterview usersProduce requirements documentationPrioritize enhancement / new system requestsBased upon the previous deliverables, recommends systems solutions or enhancements to be completed2. Develops, tests and modifies internal Finance systems.Designs systems, modules and/or approaches and required enhancementsDevelops block diagrams and logic flowchartsCodes, reviews, prepares test data, tests and debugs and manages implementation of system building.Revises and updates programs as required.3. Produces program, system and user documentation for all systems created within the department4. Assists with the design and modification of internal database systems required for the effective functioning of internal departments5.
