General Counsel / In-house Counsel
Join one of the fastest-growing companies in the healthcare IT market. Epic is a privately-held, award-winning software provider that, in the last five years, has grown from 700 to over 3000 staff. Once all of our current customers are fully installed, 20% of the U.S. population will be covered by Epic's clinical software. As a part of the executive management team, you will lead our in-house legal staff. You will negotiate multi-million dollar software agreements and handle a wide variety of intellectual property, employment, and general business matters. A degree from a top-tier law school and significant experience with contract negotiation and business law are required. Healthcare software licensing experience is a plus. Relocation to Madison, WI is required and reimbursed.
