Have you ever heard someone talk about their house being okay in some ways but how they were doing small refinements to make it more workable for them? Okay, think of that but only in the world of technology and you get to play architect to make features of our third party software better. We are looking for an open-minded Tools Developer willing to learn the structure, code and reasoning of our current technology. Jump in and master the current structure, code and reasoning of RNT to fully understand its capabilities Big Fish Games can full benefit from. What you will be doing in the role:Implement new features of the project using provided user documentation Re-design current product features to best fit the design and UI determined by Big Fish GamesLearn all there is to know about RNT file structure, controls and assets in order to design and code adhering to BFG branding standardsImplement new portal end-user pages (Help pages) effectively and efficiently building page templates, designing CSS, and HTML templates for KB articlesMaintain and improve the overall look and feel of the Help siteImplement “sprint” changes on an ongoing scheduleImprove user experience with user-centered design objectives. Work with Engineering team to better integrate Help pages into the rest of the site changes, design and knowledge-exchange Skills and experience you should bring to the table:Bachelors degree required Fluency in designing CSS and HTML2+ year experience supporting teams by building and maintaining tools of similar formStrong communication skillsStrong problem-solving skills; ability to work within constraints of current technology and be solution mindedAbility to work cross-functionally with other members within the organization
