We are seeking to add a Business Intelligence/Data Warehouse Practice Manager to our team.





Specific responsibilities may include:

Develop approach to selling Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing solutionsAssist Business Development team identify prospects and facilitate discovery sessions to help understand client needs and identify candidate solutionsCreate responses to RFP’s and craft project proposals.Assist Recruiting in qualifying candidates and drive hiring decisionsManage partner relationships related to Business Intelligence and Data WarehousingCraft Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing solution architecturesPromote best practices and methodology to ensure repeatable success for our delivery teamsDirect research and prototyping activities so that delivery team can be positioned to deliver solution to our Early Adopters and Early Majority clients.Mentor, guide, and direct training plans for delivery teamSupport delivery engagements with project architecture and solution architecture oversightAssess project risks and provide mitigation strategies for delivery teamManage delivery qualityProcure and manage SysLogic Technical Architecture to support Research, Prototyping, Training, and Development efforts.

Qualifications:


Must have prior consulting experienceShould have experience in supporting business development efforts in crafting proposalsShould have experience in supporting recruitment efforts in qualifying individualsShould have great awareness and perspective in the Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing landscapeMust have an excellent background using various Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing tools and technology
Must have superior communication and analytical skills.Must have a strong history of successful solution deliveryShould have working knowledge of adopted best practices and methodology Should have extensive experience in overseeing the design, development and delivery of complex, large scale Business Intelligence SolutionsMust have knowledge of Project Management best practices and tools. Should have experience collaborating with a multidisciplinary leadership team


 

It is very desirable for this candidate to have active involvement BI/DW Community as a speaker, columnist or user group.
