Computer Services Technician II
Performs technical and specialized work in the installation, assembly, configuration, diagnosis, testing and maintenance of the company's PCs, servers, printers, data communications and telecommunications equipment. Coordinates own daily activity to provide users with desk-side support related to the staging, installation, and maintenance of micro computers, terminals, printers and data communications and telecommunication equipment. The incumbent provides and documents technical assistance to agents and employees of American Family Insurance Company. Possesses in-depth technical knowledge to meet American Family's standards in multiple disciplines as stated above. Is frequently required to work on a variety of projects and coordinates activities with multiple areas of I/S. Good communication and customer service skills are essential to this position.
