Business Analysst needed
Experienced Business Analyst needed : 2 openings.
PLace: Milwaukee, Long term Rate: 50/hr.

Experienced in the Business Analyst capabilities. Capable of executing the Business Analyst II role with no oversight. Candidate will possess at least 5-7 years of experience.
Individual will work on the the client Insight (browser-based) application for a large strategic project. The system supports the client core system functionality through a browser interface.
Job responsibilities include:
- Understanding business requirements
- Analyzing design functional specifications to understand business rules
- Understanding of application data model
- Writing integration functional specifications that define the consumption rules of 3rd party services and map data from/to the application data model
- Interacting with internal functional, technical, and quality teams
- Must possess good written and verbal communication skills
- Must possess a technical understanding of open systems architecture, data structures, field level entities, XML, and schema structures
- Ability to problem solve effectively between teams and communicate recommended decisions
- Must be able to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment and have a strong ability to multi task
Functional knowledge of the client core systems a plus.
Knowledge of retail banking, contact center, and/or sales/lead management procedures a plus.
Knowledge of the client Insight a plus.
