Our Finance team is growing and we are looking for the best and brightest to join our team. As the A/P Clerk, you will be responsible for every aspect of accounts payable including processing and establishing great procedures. If you are outgoing, enjoy interfacing with multiple people throughout the company to follow up on outstanding issues, you may be the team member we’re looking for!

Areas of responsibility and ownership will include:Enter A/P invoices using Quickbooks and process weekly check runs Distribute invoices for proper approval and GL coding Communicate and resolve discrepancies or inquiries with company vendors, while maintaining positive relationships Maintain vendor files – keep all filing up-to-date Maintain fixed asset binders Work with the accounting group on accounts payable reconciliations Jumping in on other special projects and duties as needed

Skills, attributes and qualifications you should bring to the table:Bachelor’s degree required; combination of experience and Associate’s degree will be considered 1-2 years experience in accounting Ability to prioritize work load and learn quickly Outgoing personality, ability to interface at all levels of the company Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel Ability to build internal rapport with customer groups while providing excellent customer service Positive attitude, flexible and able to handle “one-off” situations QuickBooks experience preferred
