Scope of Work:

We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Technology Analyst to support Neenah Paper’s information technology infrastructure including personal computers, servers, and network infrastructure.  In addition, the incumbent will participate in the support of corporate-wide technology infrastructure projects. This position is located in Neenah, Wisconsin, nestled in the Fox Valley.

 

Principle Accountabilities:

 

· Production support for Neenah Paper’s information technology infrastructure located in the Neenah, Wisconsin area.   

· Participation in local and corporate infrastructure projects.

Qualifications:

· This position requires two or more years experience and the ability normally associated with a Bachelor Degree; a two year technical degree is also accepted.

· A friendly presence and helpful attitude; good interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others.

· Experienced in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting personal computer hardware, client operating systems, PC-based application software, network connectivity, and peripherals (printers, scanners, RF devices).

· Possess good networking knowledge (DNS, TCP/IP, WINS, DHCP) and familiarity with Active Directory administration.

· Experienced in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Windows-based servers.

· Experienced in troubleshooting network connectivity problems including wireless.

· Familiarity with AS400 operations and PBX Operations is beneficial but not required.

· Familiarity with Oracle databases, the Oracle e-business suite, and Web based development is beneficial but not required.
