Technical Business and Systems Analysts
Stratagem is seeking several high energy Sr. and Mid-Level Business/Systems Analysts for our Madison Office!
Analysts will work with development teams, architects, and business owners, in large and small project environments, to define requirements for development, trade-off studies, system upgrades, and workflow optimization.
Required Skills/Experience:
-Experience in one or more of the following: insurance, retail, finance, software product development.
-Converting business requirements into systems requirements
-Analyzing and optimizing business and technical processes
-Building Use Cases
-Requirements gathering and analysis
-Business process modeling
-Team Leadership or Project Management Experience
-Ability to communicate technical solutions to non-technical staff
-Excellent communication skills
-Experience presenting to senior management (C level for Sr. positions)
Preferred but Not Required Skills/Experience:
-Data Warehousing
-RUP & UML
-C, C++, C#, Java or Microsoft programming experience
-Object oriented design experience
-Bachelor's degree in CS or MIS
-MBA
