Full Time, Temporary/Contract/Project Job Category: Customer Support/Client Care Senior Help Desk Analyst TEKsystems is currently seeking an Senior Level Helpdesk Analyst for a short term contract to hire position in Madison, WI.The Senior Helpdesk Analyst/Support Analyst is responsible for performing network administration as well as administer numerous security related systems. Communicate with end-users and technical staff to resolve computer software and hardware problems. Must have at least 3-5 years experience and the technical tools required.The ideal candidate will have experience troubleshooting Windows XP and computer hardware. Excellent customer service skills and strong written / verbal communication skills are a must!This position is currently available right now, and has working hours of M-F, 8am- 5pm, excellent benefits when you go permanent.
