Field Installation Technician

We have an immediate opening for a Field Installation Technician in the North Seattle up to Everett area. We are a rapidly growing company in search of dedicated, hard-working individuals who want to develop themselves and grow with our company. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone who enjoys working in cable management, or installation/repair of computers or CCTV equipment If you understand even the basics of computers and/or cabling, you will be able to learn how to work on point of sale and CCTV systems very quickly. If your background is in computers, cabling, car-audio installation, telecommunications or anything to do with cabling, installing and troubleshooting – you could have what we are looking for!

Our Field Service Technicians are based out of their homes and go directly to customer sites providing installation, technical support, maintaining and troubleshooting critical point-of-sale (POS), CCTV and/or PC/LAN equipment. All training is done on-the-job with a Lead Technician and/or Lead Trainer.

This is not a contract position nor are we a contract company. We do a wide variety of projects and service work for both the end users (local restaurants) and the equipment manufacturers of the hardware and software.

There is travel involved with this position. Some travel outside of your state may also be required - but not on a constant basis.

Requirements:
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Must be flexible to work rotating shifts including nights and weekends, travel is required
• Ability to be self-supervising working in a virtual capacity
• Must be able to pass a background check including: drug screening, criminal background check, possession of a valid drivers license and insurance
• Must be detail oriented having the ability to write reports, records, and correspondence
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced, high energy environment
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures
