Minimum of 10 years business experience. Minimum of 5 years experience in healthcare industry. Minimum 10 years Project/program management- responsible for business transformation initiatives. Minimum 5 years experience understanding of implementation methodolgy. Lawson implementation experience required. Preference is for candidate to reside in the Pacific Northwest. Full time travel is required. Essential Job Functions Business: Interpret requirements data, map current and future state business processes to the packaged application(s) being implemented, and develop plans to address functional gaps between the packaged application and the redesigned processes. Business: Develop a depth of implementation experience to address multiple integration points between functions, related interface and data conversion issues, and expanded setup and configuration requirements. Business: research and speak confidently about how other companies in the clients industry are using specific application products to improve business performance. Methodology: Build on Catalyst and specific vendor methodology knowledge and blend methodologies appropriately to meet unique project and client needs . Management: Lead a team of 6-10 resources (CSC, client, and third-party resources) in your area of expertise to successful conclusion of a project phase. Technical: Guide others in the vendors programming languages and standards for interfaces and bolt-on components. Relationship Management: Manage client expectations and balance the needs of CSC and the client to ensure satisfaction for both. Relationship Management: Influence decisions and project direction at the executive level. Leverage: Perform consultative selling and leverage business through superior delivery skills, good client relations, and subject matter expertise. Leverage: Participate in proposal efforts and sales calls. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Six or more years of experience in business analysis and enterprise vendor product implementation Experience working with CSC Catalyst and/or equivalent client or vendor-mandated methodology Experience working with integrated structure of the enterprise resource planning (ERP) product environment Experience working with how the client's current and future state business processes map to the packaged application being implemented Other Qualifications Strong skills in solution demonstration lab (SDL) and prototyping techniques Strong communication skills Ability to deal with and resolve ambiguity Ability to anticipate problems and take decisive action, giving regard to the impact on both the client and CSC Ability to adjust personal style to different situations Willingness to travel Remote Work Location Authorized:No Relocation Assistance:Not AvailableClearance Level:None Create Success
