Test Lead

Full Time, Temporary/Contract/Project Job Category: Other Test Lead 1 Year ContractThis test lead person will be managing up to 4 others contractors and directly reporting to the manager. He/She would be responsible for managing the problem reporting alias and assign the issues to the contractors accordingly as well as the date to date device test work, and distribute the work load evenly. Day to day this person will be running automated and manual testing for new and existing inbox networking drivers. Analysis logs from the automated tests and send out reports for the test passes. He/She will work with Test Dev/Developer to troubleshoot failures.Qualifications: - 4+ years of Microsoft experience- Experience with Windows Kernel debugger and able to triage issues- Solid windows networking experience, able to tell me the basics of how networking works This lead will be very hands on with other team members and will be expected to do all of the technical tasks that the other contractors will be working on as well as allocate the work load and be the single point of contact for all the testing projects and report the stats to the manager. When other contractors are out on vacation or sick this lead will expect to take on their work while their out and still manage the contractors.Are you passionate about Networking and working with leading edge hardware companies?
