We are currently looking for a Technical Solutions Architect to join our Professional Services Department in the Pacific Northwest.
SUMMARY
The Technical Solutions Architect performs as a Delivery Leader on targeted key clients. This individual has the primary responsibility for execution of a program of IT infrastructure (i.e., server, storage, network, security) or IT advisory services (i.e., IT strategy, IT service management, business continuity/disaster recovery, data center strategy & planning, and data center relocation) projects to ensure high client satisfaction and the overall program's financial, quality & timeline objectives are obtained. This individual is responsible for the management of the client executive relationship throughout the delivery of the program of projects.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform as a Delivery Leader on targeted Key Clients.Primary person responsible for the execution of a program of projects Overall responsibility for customer satisfaction with program of projectsOverall responsibility for the program's financial, quality & timeline attainmentOverall responsibility to ensure contractual complianceLead customer kick-off meetings, executive status meetings, major milestone reviews, and program close out meetingChange control and change reviewEngagement with Quality Assurance reviewer periodically to execute Quality Assurance reviews, and follow up on action itemsEnsure project closure, invoicing & customer satisfaction survey occur on a timely basisManage communication flow during escalation eventsAt assigned clients, be responsible for the management of the client executive relationship as it pertains to integrated solutions ensuring a clear understanding of offerings, programs and commitments defined by Forsythe and client contracts.Drive the closure of critical issues and materialized risks for the program. Network internally to provide project team support (e.g., resources, product/process expertise, trouble-shooting assistance, escalation with partners).
Marshalling of pre-sales resources around opportunities within the targeted Key ClientsFacilitate opportunity review at ¾ point of programLiaise with Sales & ISG on Account Management strategy related to project and opportunity expansionDevelop client proposals, SOWs & Pricing model to complete the saleAssist the Practice Manager with the development of practice content for deliverables including Proposals, Presentations, SOWs, & sample project deliverables.

EDUCATION: 4 year college degreeMasters degree - optional
EXPERIENCE: At least 8-10 years of IT project/program management experience with 15 years of overall development and implementation experience. Additionally, work experience in related technical project/program management area managing large projects that involve coordination of multiple resources with senior management communication responsibility is required. Must have experience with IT infrastructure projects. Consulting background is desired.
