Experience in designing and troubleshooting WiFi networks with tools such as Aironet and Aruba. LINUX admin experience with SUSE or Red Hat. Understanding of Linux file system, and associated permissions and remote file share mounting. Excellent customer interfacing skills. LAN/WAN architecture including Layer 3 and 4 Cisco Campus switching, Routing (OSPF, EGRIP) VLAN Configuration and ACL analysis. Configuring and Supporting Firewall/UTM technologies such as ASA, Juniper, and Checkpoint. B.S. in Information systems or 3-5 years of work related experience. Certifications a plus. Duties: Deliver advanced proof of concept evaluations/prototypes and design proposals to go with the customer's network architecture. Provide Senior Level support for technical issues during and after a sales cycle. Install or assist in the installation of wirelss network enabled products on customer's networks. Develop or assist in needs analysis and RFP responses. Develop technical account plans in conjunction with sales reps that include: technical qualification of prospect, proposed demonstration criteria, trial/prototype plans and closure planning.
