SQL Server Database AdministratorDescription: The Microsoft SQL Server DBA manages database infrastructure for all production web applications, including data replication, code management, backups, and data interfaces. This DBA position takes lead responsibility for designing, planning, supporting and troubleshooting our database infrastructure in a collaborative team environment. Requirements: This position requires a college degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Math and at least 5 years of experience in MS SQL Server database administration or a relevant combination of education and experience. MS SQL Server database administration, tuning, and management.General experience in creating SQL statements, stored procedures, functions and triggers. Familiarity with SQL mirroring and clustering. Good understanding of development management strategies across multiple sites to support release engineering for large development efforts eams. Knowledgeable and experienced in SDLC. Ability to identify problems and recommend creative solutions. Strong analytical skills. Professional communication and interpersonal skills.
