Product Manager - Pharmacy Automation

Position: Product Manager

Location: Lake Geneva Area – Wisconsin

Status: Full time

Rate:  Based on Experience

The most exciting company in the Pharmacy Automation Industry has an excellent opportunity for a Product Manager in its Powers Lake, WI facility.  You will report to the VP Business Development and will have the following responsibilities:

1.      Defining the product strategy and roadmap

2.      Deliver requirements documents with prioritized features and corresponding justification

3.      Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities

4.      Be an expert with respect to the competition

5.      Develop the core positioning and messaging for the product

6.      Perform product demos to customers

7.      Set pricing to meet revenue and profitability goals

8.      Deliver revenue forecasts

9.      Develop sales tools and collateral

10.   Propose overall product budgets

11.   Brief and train the sales force

 

The successful candidate will have had 1-2 years experience as a Product Manager or Product Marketing Manager or related experience in pharmacy.  The candidate shall have demonstrated success in defining and launching outstanding products and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.  A technical background with experience in hardware and software or a pharmacy background is preferred.  Must have ability to work cross-functionally with proven teamwork skills and must be able to travel up to 25% of the time.
