Position Summary
The Systems Analyst II provides the analysis of complex business problems/issues to determine appropriate systems solutions. May provide project management of different groups to achieve results. Provides technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and improve work efficiency.

Responsibilities Support business needs for system processing and availability; provide clear and timely communication to users. Troubleshoot application issues. Support/lead system test activities. Plan, coordinate and execute unit, integration and user acceptance testing. Create systems implementation, rollout and user adoption plans – this may include internal and external users. Manage small to mid level projects to deliver solutions within specifications, cost and schedule. Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications Proficient communication, planning, problem solving, trouble shooting, and organizational skills. Solid work experience in business analysis, systems analysis, process modeling, and data modeling skills Current technology skills including SQL Server and Oracle experience. Looking for knowledge and expertise in the following Oracle modules: Advanced Pricing, Order Management, Inventory Management, and Service Contracts. Working knowledge of end-to-end business processes in enterprise resource planning (ERP) plus solid experience with financial applications. BS/BA or equivalent work experiences 4+ years of relevant work experience 2+ years of working experience as a business analyst or equivalent
Physical Demands and Work Environment
Duties are performed in an office environment while sitting at a desk or computer table. Duties require the ability to utilize a computer keyboard, communicate over the telephone, and read printed material. Duties may require the ability to travel via automobile or airplane, and may require being on call periodically and working outside normal working hours (evenings and weekends).
