GeneralResponsibilities: Provide support for Mediasite hosting activities. Event Services support Act as technical expert working with Event Services and Customer Communicate technical requirements Perform pre-event testing Monitor webcasts as needed Provide general support to event services staff on location Webcast management Create and customize presentations Work directly with customers to facilitate successful webcasts Set up and perform testing Monitor webcasts as needed Report management Manage customer access to webcasts Content management Maintain database of webcasts Remove expired content Manage webcast archives Works with hosting manager on projects Maintenance of Hosting environment TechnicalSkills: Networking skills 2-5 years IT experience Able to work flexible hours Ability to travel Ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical individuals
Education/ Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in technical - related fieldpreferred.
