Help Desk Analyst
Fenwick Technologies is a customer centric, innovative and dynamic company that provides, recruiting and staffing services, outsourced application development solutions for commercial and government clients. We are a prime vendor for a Charleston client seeking to fill a One Year plus contract position for a Help Desk Analyst meeting the following requirements:
Candidate must ....
ü possess strong verbal communication skills
ü be able to work in a team environment
ü be able to work with minimal guidance
ü be familiar with remote access software such as Dameware or GoToAssist
ü have worked at an actual Help/Service Desk at least one year
ü have a high level of diverse technical experience related to problem management
ü have experience working with HEAT Help Desk Software or an equivalent product
ü have the ability to resolve problems over the telephone by asking questions and walking users through the resolution
ü be able to bridge the gap between the non-technical user and the technical technician
ü have experience supporting Microsoft operating systems, Novell Netware, Microsoft Office products and antivirus programs.
ü have experience supporting personal computers, servers, and local area networks
