Sales Manager
Manage, sell to and service all aspects of our business with national and key regionally based accounts.
Key Accountabilities:
Achieve quarterly revenue and profit goals for each account as defined by the sales director.
Achieve booking goals for each account as defined by the sales director.
Develop and maintain strong business relationships with assigned retail partners.
Develop and maintain strong internal business relationships with credit, finance, customer service and product teams in addition to many others.
Always act in the best interest of Reebok.
Deliver on time sales reporting to all appropriate parties.
Deliver forecasts and orders to appropriate parties by stated deadlines.
Manage and resolve customer compliance issues regarding freight charges, chargebacks, RTV’s, etc…
Link Reebok’s goals to those of assigned accounts to build mutually beneficial plans and opportunities.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
Proven ability to work with accounts of similar size and complexity. Strong organizational skills are essential. Comprehensive insight into industry trends, relevant brands and the retail marketplace.The ability to effectively prepare and communicate a highly compelling product presentation.
Superior computer skills. (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of related industry sales experience.
College degree
Apparel sales background preferred
