BCBG Max Azria Group is searching for a candidate to provide Recruitment and HR Generalist support to the group in the Max Azria New York Showroom.

In this role the Recruiter/HR Generalist will strategically source, recruit, and hire premium talent at every level of the organizational structure; leverage relationships, contacts and referrals provided by the existing creative team; build a fresh talent recruitment network; and respond to general employee relations needs within the .

Skills and Abilities:

Candidates must be well networked in the fashion or wholesale apparel community and possess a strong recruitment background with moderate exposure to employee relations activities in the corporate setting.


Moderate understanding of the fashion industry; Strong ability to identify relevant talent; Strong communication and negotiation skills; Ability to develop relationships at the executive level; Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Experience:

Four (4) years related recruitment experience required

Two (2) years fashion employee relations experience required

Education:

Associates Degree in related field preferred
