Project Analyst / Administrative Coordinator
This is an admin position BUT candidates must have planning experience/exposure so this person would be coming from the fashion industry.Objectives
§ Manage logs, schedules & process flow
§ Create formalized processes within Sales & Administration
§ Draft and document department's procedure and processes. Create Corporate Business Planning Manual
§ Coordinate special projects and execute new analysis and procedures
§ Manage the execution of scheduled reports, analysis, tasks within Business Development, Sales and Sales Administration
§ Integrate Sales, Corporate and Executive Calendars and define necessary action point and deliverables
§ Follow up on meetings, deliverables and communications
§ Create PowerPoint presentations and reference books for meetings
§ Handle certain departmental administrative tasks
Relationships
§ Department Structure: Reports to Vice President of Business Development, Business Manager, Sales. Partners with the Sale Analyst
§ Internal Relationships: Sales Management, Sales Support, Field Sales, Product Development, MIS, Merchandising and Operations.
§ Costumer Relations
§ Vendor/Supplier/Consultant Relations: None
Qualifications
§ Education: Four-year college degree a must
§ Computer Skills: Expert proficiency with Microsoft Excel. Proficient with Microsoft Word, Power Point.
