Tee Shirt manufacturer is looking to hire hands-on, dynamic, results driven individuals who seeks to be challenged and thrive to succeed in a creative and fast-paced environment.

Seeking an individual who is hard working, highly motivated and detail oriented to assist with all aspects of production to ensure on-time delivery through daily communication between Production/sales and overseas vendors.

The Production Assistant will work closely with other departments, import traffic, sourcing, sales and customer service to insure on time deliveries, accurate execution of product, inventory management, and spreadsheet and purchase order issuance. Must be able to work independently, be alert, detail oriented, hard working, and possess strong communication/follow up skills. Knowledgeable in Excel, Outlook, and Word is a MUST. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Report to Production manager

- process, enter, and follow-up with all Lab Dips

- Enter and follow-up on all Purchase orders

- Track all Raw Material Inventories

- Issue Cut tickets and communicate with Cutting Department

- Communicate with all contractors/vendors on a daily basis

- Adhere to time and action calendar and production schedules

- Interact with sales and production to advise of problems with production orders and help to determine solutions
