In addition, PrimaLoft has become the premium brand of synthetic fill in the home furnishings category. Consumers have grown to trust that PrimaLoft products offer superior performance in a wide range of applications.Major responsibilities include, but are not limited to:• Processes orders, prepares correspondence and fulfills customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction. • Determine priorities from various inputs: New orders, Shipments, Invoicing, Revisions, Accounting issues, Scheduling, Shipping information, Shipping documentation, Customer inquiry.• Enter orders within 24 hours.• Send and confirm purchase orders to 3 other global manufacturing sites.• Revise new orders with the confirmed ship date and generate Sales Order Acknowledgement.• Collaborate with Accounting to ensure accuracy of invoices and purchase orders.• Provide monthly sales data to Sales Director on a weekly basis.• Responsible for shipments to achieve monthly sales goals.• Assist in production scheduling with Manufacturing personnel.• Generate customer invoices to correspond with shipments.• Produce appropriate shipping documents for orders.• Collaborate with Shipping personnel to coordinate shipment of goods.• Assist sales representatives with inquires from customers and factories.• Communicate with customers via email, telephone inquiries, etc to address concerns. Occasional evening calls to international locations.• Coordinate international shipments between our own factories and to end customers working closely with freight forwarders.• Cross Train and act as back-up for other PrimaLoft CSR’s.• Customer Service related phone calls.• Limited travel maybe required.Albany International Corp. is an AA/EEO/M/F/V/D employer.Required Skills• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written to provide effective and timely communications with/to a variety of customers and Albany International personnel.• Detail oriented, organized, flexible, responsive, self-reliant, outgoing, patient, consistent, cooperative and reliable.Software Skills• Proficient in use of MS Office Outlook: Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point• Experience with MFG-Pro and SAP a plusRequired Experience• Customer Service experience: 5 yearsEmployee Referral Bonus: $1000Relocation Assistance will not be provided.
