Part-Time Merchandise Coordinator - Intimate Apparel - 30 hrs/week

Warnaco Inc. has an exciting opportunity for a talented Part Time Merchandise Coordinator for its Intimate Apparel Division.  This position will cover the Pennsylvania and New Jersey area.  This position will work 30 hours per week.

 

OBJECTIVE

The Warner’s/Olga/Olga’s Christina Merchandise Coordinator services a territory of Department and Chain stores.  The Merchandise Coordinator is responsible for facilitating branch store sales growth and profitability.

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIESMeet with Store Management to review planagrams to ensure Warner’s/Olga/Olga’s Christina has assigned geography and visibility in the stores.  Responsible for making sure all product is displayed on the floor with newness in front working back to classic styles. Train and coach all in store personal on the features and benefits of the product, how to measure and fit customers in the Warner’s/Olga/Olga’s Christina brands. Meet with the Visual Departments to ensure all approved graphics are displayed during assigned time frames. Promote the Warner’s/Olga/Olga’s Christina brands to the customers on daily service calls. Partner with Accounts during store sponsored or Warnaco sponsored Fit events so all involved are aware of their responsibilities and event time frames to increase the Warnaco penetration. Participate in Fit events. Work with the customers on a one on one basis ensuring they are in the correct size and style. Complete assigned weekly/monthly reports: Warner’s new product, store issues, competition, product request.  Communicate to supervisor anything that can or will affect the business. Daily communication with supervisor and or account managers on in store issues, product information (Warnaco and competition), general overview of what is transpiring in the market place.

 

 

REQUIREMENTS1-3 years of previous retail management experience required, intimate apparel experience a plus Candidates must be willing to travel extensively by car as this position covers the Pennsylvania and New Jersey area. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Strong customer service skills. Strong communication and analytical skills.
