Part-Time Human Resources Manager/Generalist
Fashion Footwear company is seeking a Part-Time Human Resources Manager for our SoHo office. This flexible, 20 - 24 hours per week position will deliver HR services to our staff of about 60, including our local corporate group and national sales staff. The Human Resources Manager is responsible for implementing, communicating, and administering company policy, benefit plans and other HR and operations-related functions. Qualifications: • 3 or more years' experience in a generalist role, including: employee relations, benefits administration, recruiting, and performance appraisals. • Knowledge of federal, state, and local labor and employment laws is required. • Minimum Bachelor's degree, professional HR accreditation is a plus. • Must be computer savvy; knowledge of ABRA and Paychex is desired. • Excellent communication skills are required -- both verbal and written.
