With our unique look and laid-back philosophy, we have become one of the leading apparel brands in the world.     THE POSITION:   MERCHANDISE MANAGER, JUNIOR’S DIVISION  REQUIREMENTS: 5+ years of merchandise/production experience Ability to understand and research current and future market trends for the Junior market Strong understanding of product development regarding fabric, color and style for knits and woven tops applications for a Junior market Supervisory experience preferred College degree in Business, Clothing or Textiles or equivalent work experience Proven ability to manage profitable production for a division. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Ability to organize and maintain merchandising and production department systems.
