Manager, Financial Contracts Governance

Manager, Governance Financial Contract This position will coordinate with VF's Services finance department and perform analysis of contracts and vendor performance as requested by the CFO and Controller.This role directs all commercial and financial aspects of the outsourced services, and is responsible for monitoring vendor's compliance with Critical Performance Indicators and determining hold back amounts. Tracks and determines the vendor's eligibility to earn back previously held back amounts upon achievement of required performance criteria. Manages all finance and contract related aspects of the outsourced services. Establishes and maintains mechanisms to quantify and track business value delivered Colaborates with VF Services Finance and Accounting to develop, socialize and implement acceptable allocation mechanisms. Responsible for the verification, reconciliation and payment of service provider invoices. Leads in renegotiations of or adjustments to service provider contracts and manages benchmarking efforts. Job Requirements: 8-10 years Professional Experience BA/BS in Accounting, Business Administration or Finance. CPA preferred / MBA preferred. Significant experience with the management or operations of outsourcing and third party contracts. Demonstrated understanding of legal contracts and especially financial considerations of those contracts. Procurement or sourcing background. Administrative and project management experience. Knowledge of accounting principles, changing accounting rules and regulations. Strong PC skills including Excel and Word. Strong communication skills. Strong analytical skills.
